The Centre for Emotional Health (formerly Family Links) is a national charity and professional training provider. We are the home of The Nurturing Programme. Celebrating 30 years in 2027, we work with local authorities, voluntary sector, prisons, schools, workplaces and communities. Emotional health is our ability to understand, manage and express our emotions. This enables us to build healthy relationships and navigate the ups and downs of everyday life. Our universal, evidence-based programmes for parents focus on self-awareness, empathy and self-regulation, and support people to build and maintain positive relationships.
